I, Gulzhanoy Naimova, a student of the Faculty of Corporate Governance, can serve as an example for many young people with peculiarity. It was hard work and faith in the best that helped me achieve such goals, and I am immensely grateful to everyone who supported me on this challenging path. I knew I had my calling in this world and found it in sports. My interest and tireless work on myself contributed to my growth and place in Paralympic sports. Today I am the gold medalist of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games in para-taekwondo and the world championship in Istanbul. I am also the gold medalist of the “President Cup” held in Tehran, the capital of Iran; and winner of the gold medal for Best Female Athlete at the European Open, which provides important ranking points for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games in Manchester, England, the gold medal at the Grand Prix competitions in Sofia, Bulgaria, the gold medal at the Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City, the capital of Vietnam, gold medal at the Grand Prix competition in Paris, France, gold medal at the Grand Prix Competition held in Manchester, England, gold medal at the Grand Prix Final Competition held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, winner of the Earth Star Award established by the Ministry of Culture, won the gold medal at the Turkish Open Championship held in Istanbul, Turkey. For my merit in the field of steam sports, I became the owner of the title of “Pride of Uzbekistan” and also the holder of the badge of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
