In 1980 she graduated of Tashkent Textile and Light Industry Institute. She began her career with working as an engineer-economist of the Tashkent branch of the Scientific Research Institute of Sewing,then continue as graduate student of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, junior researcher at the Tashkent Textile and Light Industry Institute “Light Industry Network Scientific Research Laboratory”, assistant of the department “Economy and production organization of the textile industry” of the Tashkent Textile and Light Industry Institute,Associate Professor of the Department “Textile and Light Industry Economy and Production Organization” at the Tashkent Textile and Light Industry Institute. She works as an associate professor at the “Management” department of the Tashkent State University of Economics. In 1987, on 08.00.04, he defended his candidate of economics thesis on the topic ” Development and placement of garment enterprises in Uzbekistan in the conditions of scientific and technical progress”
She is the author of educational manuals and textbooks on “Textile Industry Enterprises Statistics”, “Production Organization”, “Textile Industry Enterprises Analysis”, “Standardization, Certification and Quality Management”, “Quality Management”, “Systematic Management Theory”, “Quality Management”, “History of Management Thought”, “Business Execution and Strategy”, “Educational Management”.
Currently, he conducts lectures and practical training in Uzbek and Russian on the subjects “Quality Management”, “Strategic Management”, “Systematic Management Theory”, “Project Management”, “Production Management”.
