In 2005 he graduated Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, student of “Management” department (bachelor’s degree) 2005-2006. – Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry Master’s student, “Management” specialty, 2010-2011. – Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry Master’s student, majoring in “Management” 2012-2014. – Trainee-researcher-researcher of the “Management” department of Tashkent State University of Economics 2014-2015. – Senior researcher-researcher of the “Management” department of the Tashkent State University of Economics from December 11, 2014 to October 11, 2015.

2015 – 2017. – Tashkent State University of Economics “Management” department assistant 2020  He works as a senior lecturer at the “Management” department of Tashkent State University of Economics.

In 2022, on 08.00.13, he defended his candidate of economics (PhD) thesis on the topic “Increasing the efficiency of management of innovative processes in sewing and knitting enterprises” in the specialty “Management”.

            He is the author of “Upravlenie innovatsiyami”, “Razrabotka biznes plana” training manuals, “Innovatsionnyy menedzhment i predprinimatelstvo” and monograph “Increasing the efficiency of innovative process management in sewing and knitting enterprises”.

Currently, he conducts lectures and practical training in English on the subjects “Introduction to Management”, “Innovative Management”, “Strategic Management”, “Operational Management”, “Quality Management”, “Production Management”, “Organizational Behavior”. He has an international certificate of IELTS (8.0) (23 UZ 00529 YUSU 004A 23.05.2023).

Has an international TEFL certificate (CERTIFICATE in IELTS for teachers No. 00009437 May 2021.)
