In 2014, PhD Shanazarova Gulyora first came to the department as an assistant teacher for Management department. Later in 2018, she conducted research on the topic of “Improving the management mechanism of innovative potential in industrial enterprises”. In the Department of Management, she mainly conducts practical and lecture classes in bachelor’s and master’s programs in “Management”, “Ecological management”, “Comparative management”, “Brand management”. Throughout 2014-2022, Shanazarova Gulyora studied in advanced training courses for management specialization and received the relevant certificates. PhD Shanazarova is the author of textbooks on environmental management, brand management and comparative management.
