In 1998-2002, he was a student of the “Economics” department of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction (bachelor). In 2002-2004, he graduated from Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, majoring in “Economy of Networks”. 2004-2007 Assistant of the “Economics” department of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction. From 2007 to 2009, he was a senior lecturer at the “Economics” department of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction. 2009-2011 associate professor of “Economics” department of Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction. 2011-2012 head of the “Marketing service” department of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction. 2012-2013 Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Architecture. 2013-2014, Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Buildings and Structures. 2014-2016 Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Head of the Master’s Department. 2016-2018 Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Architecture. 2018-2021 Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Head of the Education Quality Control Department. 2021-2022 doctoral student of Tashkent State University of Economics. From 2022 to the present, he has been working as a professor at the Tashkent State University of Economics, “Management” department. On 08.00.13, 2009, he defended his candidate of economics (PhD) thesis on “Issues of introducing modern methods of management in the fields of natural monopolies” in the specialty “Management”. In 2011, he received the diploma of associate professor. In 2022, on 08.00.13, he defended his Doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc) dissertation on the topic of “Improving the Management Methodology of Natural Monopoly Organizations” in the “Management” specialty. He is the author of textbooks on “Enterprise Economics”, “Analysis of Economic Activities of Construction Enterprises”, “Construction Economics”, “Investments and Business Evaluation”, monographs “Management of Natural Monopoly Organizations” and “Regulation and Management of Electric Power Network”, textbooks “Psychology of Management”, “Economic Analysis”, “Educational Management”, “Antimonopoly”. Currently, he conducts lectures and practical training for master’s students in “Innovative Management and Entrepreneurship”, “Systemic Management” and “Educational Management”.
